Product Pricing Policy

Displayed prices

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, the displayed selling price includes applicable GST. Any delivery charge or other amount payable for an order will be shown separately before you confirm payment.

The price shown for the selected product option at checkout is the price used for that order, subject to payment confirmation and the correction of an obvious pricing error.

Product options and availability

Where a product has size, colour, pack or other options, the price shown after selecting an option applies to that selection. Availability and price can change until an order is successfully placed.

Discounts and promotions

Discounts, coupons and promotional prices may have eligibility conditions, usage limits, start and end dates, or product exclusions. Unless a promotion expressly allows it, offers cannot be combined. A promotion does not create a right to the same price after it has ended.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical, typographical or data error, we may contact you before fulfilment. You may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

Price changes and refunds

Prices may change without prior notice for future orders. A later increase or reduction does not change the confirmed price of an existing order. Approved refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid for the affected item, after applying any relevant discount and subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
